RAGAMUFFIN HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE ON 10/25/25
9:00 A.M. CHECK-IN. 10:00 A.M. PARADE START.
PRE-REGISTRATION PREFFERED. RUTHERFORD RESDIENTS ONLY.
PARADE WILL START AT RHS (56 ELLIOTT PLACE) AND ENDS AT LINCOLN PARK.
CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD OR UNDER
PLEASE REGISTER EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY
•Participants give permission for their child & family members to be photographed, and their names may be listed on Borough social media outlets and website.
•Participants agree to hold harmless the Borough of Rutherford for any incidents or accidents that may occur, directly or indirectly, as a result of the Ragamuffin Parade.
•Participants understand that the decision of the judges is final.
